you might wonder.
Can I still use a physical key?+
Yes. The RZ07 supports a physical key as a backup, alongside fingerprint, PIN and key fob entry.
Will my building’s existing key fob work?+
The lock uses its own compatible fob. Compatibility with an existing building fob has not been confirmed.
Does it need Wi-Fi?+
The lock has Bluetooth for the phone app. Internet remote control requires a separate gateway, which isn’t part of this package.
Who helps if I have a problem?+
Farid handles installation issues. Product support is through the manufacturer. If you aren’t sure which it is, get in touch for guidance.
Does the community office need a key?+
Yes. Palmeras community rules require one physical key to be provided to the community office for emergency access. Make sure the key works with your installed lock.
What happens when I move out?+
The original lock must be reinstalled when you move out, so keep it and its hardware. You can take your smart lock with you to your next home, subject to the new door’s compatibility and your new community’s rules.
